David Tumuhaise

David Tumuhaise is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. David currently serves as the Resident Underwriter at African Reinsurance Corporation, overseeing all operations in the Uganda Country Office. Prior to this, David held the position of Asst General Manager Technical at TransAfrica Assurance Company Ltd, where David managed underwriting and reinsurance. With a background in Economics & Rural Economy from Makerere University, David also holds a Diploma in Insurance from the Insurance Institute of Uganda.
