Community Health Team

The Community Health Team at African Services Committee works to provide comprehensive healthcare support and education to immigrants, refugees, and asylees from the African Diaspora in Harlem. They conduct outreach, offer testing, facilitate vaccination drives, and navigate patients through the healthcare system to ensure access to essential health services. Additionally, they provide counseling and case management to promote overall wellness and address specific health needs within the community.
