Lavanya Anand

Lavanya Anand is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and startup investments across Africa. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager at AfricInvest Group since June 2023, Lavanya focuses on growth-stage investments through the Cathay AfricInvest Innovation Fund, targeting Series A+ startups. Previous positions include Principal at VestedWorld, where Lavanya contributed to investments in tech-enabled and agribusiness sectors, and Vice President at Kasha Global, Inc.
