Melanie MacHingawuta

Melanie Machingawuta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in inclusive investment and development sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Inclusive Investment at TechnoServe since January 2021, Melanie oversees the Inclusive Investment department and has previously held the role of Director, where responsibilities included enhancing investment performance and catalyzing new investments focused on climate resilience and inclusive economic development. Prior contributions included leading the five-year FCDO-funded CASA programme at TechnoServe and managing business development initiatives as a Specialist at DAI. Earlier experiences include a research internship at Child-to-Child Trust and a Mathematics Tutoring role at Master Maths. Melanie holds a Master of Science in Health, Community & Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand.
