Osarobo Enwongo-Iwok

Osarobo Enwongo-Iwok is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as an Associate Legal and Compliance at Afrinvest West Africa since September 2022. Previously, Osarobo held positions at Iron Global Markets Limited as a Compliance Officer, where significant contributions included obtaining SEC licensing and developing a compliance framework. Experience also includes roles at Fortress Capital Limited as a Legal & Compliance Officer monitoring regulatory compliance and at BTO Partners in corporate legal practice. Osarobo commenced a career as a Sole Practitioner offering company secretariat services and worked as a State Pupil Counsel at the Enugu State Ministry of Justice, focusing on criminal litigation. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Company Secretary/Corporate Governance from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Benin, complemented by legal training at the Nigerian Law School.
