Orlando Villanueva

Orlando Villanueva is an experienced professional in electrical engineering and contract management, currently serving as a Site Electrical Engineer for the 34.37Mw Armenia Solar Power Project at AFRY since April 2022. In this role, Orlando monitors EPC contractor activities to ensure compliance with design and quality standards, and reviews QA/QC programs. Prior positions include providing contract administration support for the Upper Wawa Dam and Pumping Station Project and serving as Senior Contracts Administrator at Sta. Clara International Corporation, where responsibilities included legal reviews and contract negotiations. Orlando has also held roles at Fluor Corporation, Amec Foster Wheeler, Makati Development Corporation, Romago Incorporated, First Balfour, Inc., and Kentech Group, demonstrating a strong background in contract management and engineering. Orlando earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Far Eastern University.
