Shorouk Diaa

Shorouk Diaa is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and operations management. Shorouk began career with internships at CIB Egypt and adidas, gaining foundational skills in customer service, supply chain processes, and administrative tasks. Shorouk then served as HR Intern at Arete Global AMEA and subsequently advanced to roles including Talent Acquisition Team Leader at Gourmet Egypt and Operations Director at The Employer, where strategic workforce planning and employee engagement were key focuses. Currently, Shorouk is the HR Manager at Arab Financial Services, leading HR strategy for Egypt while overseeing talent acquisition and performance management. Shorouk holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from The German University in Cairo, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo.
