The Leadership Team at AFSCME, consisting of the President, Vice President, and Area Presidents, is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing union operations, and advocating for the rights and interests of public service employees. They ensure the union's mission of promoting fairness, excellence in public services, and prosperity for working families is upheld at all levels, while also leading initiatives that protect and enhance the workplace and community standards for AFSCME members.
