Kelly (Trautner) Nedrow has a diverse work experience. Kelly started their career as an Attorney at Nedrow Law Group, LLC in 2006, where they worked until the present. In 2005, they began working at Ohio Nurses Association as the Deputy Executive Officer and General Counsel, a role they held until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Kelly served as the Director of AFT Nurses and Health Professionals at AFT. Kelly then became the President/CEO of The Center for Balanced Living from 2018 to 2019. In 2018, they also took on the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer at Ohio Nurses Association until 2020. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Health Issues at AFT, a position they have held since 2021.
