Zachary Zook currently serves as the Vice President/Director of Impact and Policy at the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, leading a team focused on data infrastructure, research initiatives, and policy analysis to combat food insecurity in Pennsylvania. Zook oversees significant assessments related to food security across multiple counties and is instrumental in developing tools to analyze program participation and public policy impacts. Additional experience includes teaching as an adjunct professor at Dickinson College and past roles in policy research and advocacy for the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, as well as internships within the New Jersey Governor's Policy Office. Zook holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Math from Eastern Mennonite University, complemented by extensive experience in project management, data analysis, and humanitarian response.
