Jacqueline Doty

Jacqueline Doty currently serves as a Program Specialist at After School Matters since June 2023 and has been with Chicago Public Schools since August 2017, where Jacqueline is the Manager of Postsecondary Initiatives. In this role, Jacqueline manages Naviance, develops training materials for staff, and supports workforce development initiatives for non-college bound graduates. Previous positions include Early College & Career Education Program Coordinator, where Jacqueline expanded dual credit course offerings, and College, Career & Academic Coordinator at Chicago Tech Academy, where Jacqueline achieved high graduation rates. Jacqueline's experience also includes a role as a College & Career Advisor, contributing to increased college enrollment rates at multiple high schools, and as Program Director/Teen REACH Coordinator at Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago. Jacqueline holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Project Management Certificate from DePaul University.
