Conner Dwyer

Conner Dwyer's work experience includes a role as Head of Operations at Afterburner since October 2023, and previously as Operations Manager from May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Cintas as a Service Manager from August 2018 to May 2021, where they managed sales representatives, cultivated customer relationships, and led a struggling team to increase revenue. In 2017, they served as an Executive Officer in the Forward Support Company of 2-12 Field Artillery, 4th Infantry Division, where they coordinated logistical needs and maintained company equipment. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Distribution Platoon Leader in the Forward Support Company of 2-1 Cavalry, 4th Infantry Division, managing day-to-day operations and achieving recognition for the best Forward Support Company in the Brigade. Conner also served as a Sergeant in the Mississippi National Guard from 2012 to 2015, completing basic training and training with the National Guard unit regularly. Additionally, they gained industry experience as a 3rd Party Logistics Intern at Nolan Transportation Group (NTG) in 2014, where they coordinated transportation and signed on new clients.

Conner Dwyer attained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Mississippi in the period between 2012 and 2015.
