Talita Poleto

Talita Poleto currently serves as the Diretora de Soluções Digitais at Afya, focusing on digital commerce solutions for medical practices since February 2024. Prior to this role, Talita held various leadership positions at iFood from December 2018 to March 2023, including Head of Commercial Department for Groceries, Inside Sales, and Field Sales, managing large teams and driving commercial strategies across multiple sectors in Brazil. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at MRV from May 2011 to December 2018, where Talita was the Gerente Executivo Comercial, responsible for one of the highest volume commercial regions in Brazil, focusing on market analysis, financial results, and team management. Talita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Viçosa and an MBA from FGV, along with ongoing education at INSEAD and prior coursework at Fundação Dom Cabral.
