Ronald M Harris, MD, MBA, FAAD

Dr. Ronald M Harris, MD, MBA, FAAD has held various professional roles since 2001. Ronald M began their career as Associate Vice President for Health Sciences at the University of Utah School of Medicine. In 2006, they became an Associate Professor of Dermatology and Pathology at the University of Utah Health Sciences. In 2010, they were appointed Health Sciences Clinical Professor of Dermatology and Professor of Dermatology and Pathology at UC Irvine Health. In 2013, they became Principal and Owner of Integrated Dermatology of Yuma, PLLC. In 2014, they became Principal and Owner of Surfside Dermatology. In 2019, they co-founded Afya Rekod (www.AfyaRekod.com).

Ronald M Harris, MD, MBA, FAAD received their Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Biophysics from the University of California, Davis in 1984. Ronald M then completed their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of California, San Francisco in 1989. From 1992 to 1995, they completed an Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Resident at Penrose Hospital. From 1993 to 1996, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance/Healthcare Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. In 1996 and 1997, they completed a Dermatopathology Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Ronald M then completed a Dermatology Resident at the University of Utah School of Medicine from 2002 to 2006. Ronald M has obtained Board Certification in Dermatology from the American Board of Dermatology in 2006, Board Certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology from the American Board of Pathology, and Board Certification in Dermatopathology from the American Boards of Dermatology and Pathology. Ronald M is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD).
