Dy Leng is a Principal Consultant at AG Consulting Partners, Inc., since April 2024, with extensive experience in talent strategy and human resources cultivated during a 16-year tenure at Accenture. As a Talent Strategy Manager, Dy Leng advised over 25 executives on talent strategies that drove business growth and analyzed trends for strategic sourcing. As Global Culture Lead, initiatives were undertaken to enhance inclusivity within a team of over 7,500 members. Dy Leng also led various people program initiatives that improved employee recognition and leadership connections across North America. Starting as a Business and Process Consultant in Technology Consulting, Dy Leng partnered with clients to develop technology solutions in the Resource and High-Tech industries. Dy Leng holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Oregon State University.
