Scott Wilcox

Scott Wilcox has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Scott is currently the Director of Operations at Ag Leader Technology since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Henderson Products Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Operations from May 2018 to March 2022. Before joining Henderson Products Inc., Scott had a long tenure with John Deere, where they held various roles such as Global Commodity Manager, Operations Project Manager, Business Unit Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Global Category Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Design Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer from 2001 to 2018.

Scott Wilcox completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from Iowa State University from 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2002 to 2005, focusing on the field of Business.
