Caleb Kerr

Caleb Kerr is an experienced manufacturing leader currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at American Woodmark since 2016, overseeing operations across seven manufacturing plants with a workforce of 2,000 employees. Previously, in the role of Director of Manufacturing, responsibility included managing a team of 600 in an Assembly and Finishing plant and directing all aspects related to production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and finance. Prior to this, an extensive career in the US Navy spanned over two decades, featuring positions such as Submarine Commanding Officer, Commanding Officer in Afghanistan, and various engineering roles. Caleb Kerr holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.
