Dustin Rinnert is a seasoned agronomy professional with extensive experience in sales and business leadership within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as the Regional Agronomy Business Leader at AgState since July 2022, Dustin previously held the role of District Sales Manager at WinField United from November 2014 to July 2022. Prior experiences include positions as a Field Sales Agronomist at GROWMARK, Inc. and Farmers Cooperative Company, and as a Crop Production Specialist at Pro Cooperative. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy from Iowa State University, complemented by studies at Muscatine Community College. Throughout the career, Dustin has demonstrated expertise in developing farm plans, building customer relationships, and enhancing agronomic practices through training and market analysis.
