Joy Madsen is an experienced professional in the agricultural and food safety sectors. Currently serving as a Grain Service Representative at Ag Partners L.L.C. since September 2015, Joy demonstrates a strong passion for teamwork and mentorship while ensuring compliance with State and Federal Regulations. Previously, Joy held the position of Ag Accountant, managing various financial aspects for customers in grain transactions. Prior experience includes serving as Senior HACCP Coordinator at Rembrandt Foods, overseeing food safety programs and auditing across multiple plants, holding certifications as SQF Level 3 Practitioner, Certified Food Defense Coordinator, and Certified HACCP Manager. Joy possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership from the University of Iowa.
