Cindy Fairfield

Cindy Fairfield has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cindy currently works at Ag Resource Management as a Credit Analyst since January 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Office Manager/Customer Experience Specialist at the same company from November 2015.

Before joining Ag Resource Management, Cindy worked at FOUR OAKS BANK & TRUST as a Loan Officer Assistant from April 2015 to November 2015. Cindy also served as a part-time teller from June 2014 to April 2015, where they were responsible for frontline customer service and handling various banking transactions.

Furthermore, Cindy worked at Lifespring Academy as an Assistant to the Chief Administrator from August 2012 to May 2013. Prior to that, they were employed at CLC Services as an Office Manager and Personnel Administrator for almost eight years, starting in July 2004 and ending in August 2012. In this role, they managed various office duties, conducted financial tasks, implemented a payroll system, and handled employee recruitment and hiring processes.

Earlier in their career, Cindy had a role as a Recruiter at Executive Staffing Group from July 1998 to February 2000. Cindy screened candidates and managed customer accounts for recruitment purposes.

Lastly, Cindy started their professional journey at Roadway Packaging Systems (FedEx Ground), where they served as a Supervisor from July 1994 to July 1998.

Cindy Fairfield attended St. Andrews University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business and Psychology with a Management concentration.
