Marcin Wedlarski

Marcin Wedlarski has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Marcin currently holds the position of Vice President Finance at Ag Resource Management since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as Capital Allocation I Business Valuation & Analytics at Denke & Denke, CPA's starting from April 2020. From July 2021 to December 2022, they served as Senior Director - Strategic Finance at Spectrio.

Before joining Spectrio, Marcin held the position of Head of Finance at LifeScience Logistics from March 2019 to May 2021. Marcin also worked at Solera, Inc. as the Director of Corporate FP&A/Operational Finance from September 2014 to February 2019. Prior to that, they served in various roles at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. in Corporate FP&A/Operational Finance/Strategy & Analytics from January 2008 to August 2014.

Earlier in their career, Marcin worked at Bimbo Bakeries USA in Operational Finance, Sales Operations, and Corporate FP&A from June 2004 to November 2007. Marcin began their professional journey as a Professional Athlete at the International Triathlon Union from January 2001 to May 2004.

Marcin Wedlarski attended the University of Arkansas, where they earned a BA in International Economics and Business. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Alfred University, obtaining an MBA in International Business. Marcin also received specialized training in Advanced Negotiations at The Wharton School of Business in 2012. In 2019, they further enhanced their skills by completing a program on Business Analytics: From Data to Insights, also at The Wharton School.
