Joe Ben Chote's work experience includes various roles in the agricultural and insurance industries. Joe Ben started their career in 1995 as a County Extension Agent at Texas A&M AgriLife, where they worked until 2000. From 2001 to 2013, they were a Field Representative at Heartland Crop Insurance, Inc. Following that, they joined Helena Chemical Company as a Crop Insurance Agent from 2013 to 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Field Marketing Representative/Agent at Windmark Crop Division. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President Insurance at AgTexas Farm Credit, starting in 2023.
Joe Ben Chote earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from Texas Tech University. Joe Ben pursued higher education and obtained a Master's degree in Agricultural and Extension Education Services from the same university.
