Francisco Julve Lanuza has a diverse work experience in various industries. Francisco began their career as a Project Engineer at MOVUS, where they worked on mobility and transport projects. Francisco then worked as a Consultant Engineer at the Universidad Politénica de Valencia, participating in transportation and logistics projects. Francisco then joined GVC Gaesco as an Investment Analyst, where they provided investment analysis and advised clients on securities trading. Francisco later became a Partner at FoodMania SL - La Patateria, focusing on business development and financial management.

In 2015, Francisco joined A&G as a Mutual Fund Analyst, analyzing funds for use in A&G portfolios and providing recommendations to private banking clients. Francisco then served as the Head of Fund Selection and Head of Third Party Products, overseeing the analysis, selection, and servicing of investment products for A&G. In 2013, Francisco earned a Master's Degree in Transportation, Land, and Urban Development from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), focusing on transportation and urban development.

Before shifting their focus to finance and transportation, Francisco pursued a civil engineering education. From 2007 to 2008, they participated in the Civil Engineer - Master Program at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Francisco also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in 2007.
