Andre Willems

Andre Willems is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in management consulting, alliance building, and international channel development across the EMEA region. Currently serving as Sales Director EMEA at TIK since November 2023 and providing advisory support to AG5 Skills Management Software, Andre previously founded Fleur Investments & Beheer BV, offering specialized consulting services from 2008 to 2023. Andre’s notable past roles include Global Sales Director at SD Worx SAP solutions and Director Strategic Alliances EMEA at UKG. Andre has successfully led initiatives in sales growth, partner network development, and strategic alliances, particularly with SAP, throughout a career spanning over two decades, which began in 1994 with Thijssen Information Systems. Andre holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT marketing & Sales and a Bachelor of Science in IT.
