Nusrat Nasab

Nusrat Nasab has extensive work experience in various humanitarian organizations in Pakistan. Their most recent position is as Chief Executive Officer at Aga Khan Agency for Habitat (AKAH) Pakistan, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Emergency Department at AKAH from January 2017 to May 2022. Before joining AKAH, Nusrat worked at Focus Humanitarian Assistance as CEO from October 2009 to December 2016, and as DEO from January 2007 to October 2009. They also served as a Senior Programme Officer at Focus Humanitarian Assistance Pakistan from December 2005 to December 2006. Earlier in their career, Nusrat worked as the Manager MER at Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan from January 2004 to November 2005, and as an intern progressing to Manager MER at Aga Khan Rural Support Programme from an unspecified start date to December 2003.

Nusrat Nasab completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Development Economics at UEA Norwich UK from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Master's in Economics from Punjab University (PU) Lahore, Pakistan from 1995 to 1996. Nusrat'sundergraduate studies were done at FG Collage for Women F 7/2 Islamabad, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics from 1992 to 1994.
