Almaz Yktybaev

Almaz Yktybaev is a seasoned professional in the field of public affairs and international relations, currently serving as a Senior Public Affairs Officer at the Aga Khan Development Network since November 2022. Previously, Almaz held the position of Head of International Relations Division at the State Service of Intellectual Property and Innovation from August 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included policy formulation, project management, and international cooperation in intellectual property. Almaz's experience spans various roles including Expert at the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic and Project Manager at the Estonian Intellectual Property and Transfer Technology Center. Almaz possesses a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from Università degli Studi di Torino, complemented by diplomas from the Estonian School of Diplomacy and Kyrgyz National University.
