Azizullah Baig serves as the Regional Manager for Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning at Aga Khan Foundation USA since July 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing M&E and knowledge management for projects funded by AKF and USAID in Kirghiz Republic, Tajikistan, and Afghanistan. Previously, Aziz held several senior roles including Director of Monitoring Evaluation and Learning at CNFA, National Participation Advisor for the Peshawar BRT project, and Program Lead at DAI, contributing significantly to stakeholder engagement and M&E systems. With a solid educational background, including a Master's in Development Studies and an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School, Aziz continues to enhance professional skills through a current program at the University of Bern focusing on evaluation methodologies. Key achievements include establishing a skill development center in Gilgit and advocating for women's political empowerment.
