Dickens Okoth

Dickens Okoth's work experience begins in 2008 at Development Through Media, where they worked as a Program Officer and later as a Human Resources & Training Manager until 2013. Dickens then moved to West Kenya Sugar Co. Ltd as a Human Resources & Administration Manager, overseeing HR operations and systems until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Dickens worked as a Learning, Training & Development Manager at Mabati Rolling Mills Ltd. Dickens then joined Wananchi Group as the Group Human Resources Shared Services Manager from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, Dickens became the Director of People at Bridge before moving to their current role as the Head of Human Resources at The Aga Khan Hospital in Mombasa starting in 2022.

Dickens Okoth attended the University of Nairobi from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 2008 and 2009, they enrolled at the Kenya Institute of Management to obtain a diploma in Human Resources Management. In 2017, Okoth completed an Executive Education program in Leading Organizations and Change at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
