Craig Lickley

Craig Lickley joined AgAmerica Lending in May of 2018 and is the Managing Partner for AgAmerica West. He was raised on his family’s cattle ranch in Southern Idaho. The ranch has been in his family for over 100 years and he credits that experience with sparking his passion for agriculture.

Craig holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho and an MBA from Marylhurst University in Oregon. Craig also studied international finance in Chambery, France, and attended the Western Ag Banking School at Washington State University. He spent two years studying business management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he received a Certificate in Management and Leadership.

Along with an extensive agricultural and financial education background, Craig brings over 16 years of hands-on experience in agricultural lending, including institutional management. Most recently, he was Managing Director of a nationwide, multibillion dollar wholesale agricultural mortgage lender focused on farm real estate lending and agricultural mortgage backed securities. During his tenure, he led a 5-year span of double digit balance sheet growth.
