Jenny Hickox

Jenny Hickox is an Associate Director of Lending at AgAmerica Lending, joining the team in January 2021. She is currently working towards her B.S. degree in agribusiness from the University of Tennessee in Martin.

As a third-generation Floridian, Jenny has a heart for all things outdoors and a personal background in the watermelon industry–from the field to the market. She is an active member of the Florida Watermelon Association and on the Board of Realtor for Charlotte Country. Prior to her position at AgAmerica, Jenny was a Dental Hygienist for 16 years. Upon realizing her desire to shift professional direction, she obtained her real estate license in the state of Florida in 2017 and found true joy in working with buyers as well as sellers to support them in realizing their dreams. However, her roots in agriculture gravitated her towards a career that gave back to the community she loves.

As an Associate Director of Lending for AgAmerica, Jenny works closely with clients and the sales team to analyze financial statements. She provides transparent and effective communication to ensure appropriate documentation is provided and creates a smooth application process for all key stakeholders involved. Her personal background in Southeast agriculture equips her with a comprehensive sense of the needs within the industry in order to provide her clients with the best financing solutions possible.
