Kiran Somalwar's work experience spans over 30 years in the technology industry. Starting as a Principal Software Engineer in Digital Equipment Corporation, they worked on multiple projects including Hermes, a system for location independent invocation and mobility of objects, disconnected file system, and ASN. Kiran then worked as a Technical Architect for Fidelity Investments and MCI before starting their own company, Mobiliti, Inc., where they served as CEO and Founder. Mobiliti won two Product of the Year awards for its Network/Unplugged software product that provided backup, synchronization, offline network, and WAN acceleration capabilities. Kiran also founded and served as Vice President of Aalayance, Inc., which was later acquired by HCLTech. At HCLTech, Kiran held several leadership roles, including Global Sales and Solutions Head for BPM and SOA Services, Global Sales and Solutions Head for Enterprise Transformation Services, and North America Head for Digital Business Services. Kiran's most recent position is as Chief Revenue Officer at Aganitha, where they lead revenue growth strategies.

Kiran Somalwar has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. They also have a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to that, Kiran attended Little Flower Junior College in Hyderabad and St. George's Grammar School for high school.
