Kaitlin B. has comprehensive experience in administrative support and human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Agape Child & Family Services since September 2021. Kaitlin previously worked as an Operations Support Services Associate at Sedgwick and gained hands-on experience in patient care as a Patient Care Technician at West Tennessee Healthcare. Early career roles included a Human Resource Intern at Agape Child & Family Services, a Donor Experience Specialist Intern at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, and various positions in customer service and support. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Health Services Administration from The University of Memphis and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Jackson State Community College.

Agape Child & Family Services is a Christian-based organization providing children and families with healthy homes throughout the Mid-South. Through support and wrap-around services, Agape seeks to provoke community restoration. Agape's services include: homeless services, foster care, adoption, maternity services and counseling, school-based initiatives and community support and referral. Agape will serve more than 10,000 children, adults and families this year through its services and partnerships.
