Monica Gonzalez is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in behavioral health, education, and customer service. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Technician at Agape Network since August 2025, Monica previously contributed to Branches, Inc. as an Americorps Member. Experience as a Reading Tutor at Spot On Tutoring involved teaching effective reading strategies to elementary and secondary students. Earlier roles included receptionist duties at Halpern Rodriguez, LLP, welding at MWL Engineering Corp., and various positions at Apple and Enjoy Technology, Inc. Monica's education includes ongoing studies at Florida International University, following an Associate of Arts in English Language and Literature from Miami Dade College.

Agape Network
AGAPE Network is a nationally accredited and fully integrated community health center that has provided effective behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, recovery services, and family reunification for 35 years. Agape’s mission is to Restore individuals and families to psychological, social, physical, and spiritual health. Agape Network, Inc. has grown into a fully integrated community health center and treatment facility that is nationally accredited with over 150 staff. Agape Network provides long-term rehabilitation and recovery for those suffering from mental illness, substance use disorders, addiction, criminality, trafficking, sexual exploitation, children of inmates, and severe trauma. Agape Network’s integrated care teams provide services on-site and in-home. Teams include; medical directors, psychiatrists, advanced registered nurse practitioners, nurses, therapists, licensed clinical social workers, care/case managers, care coordinators, chaplains, DCF/AHCA on-site benefits eligibility determination specialist, intake personnel, registered dieticians, and peer specialists. Agape Network also provides community-based treatment for underserved women at risk, including pregnant and postpartum mothers with children, diverting them from the foster care and criminal justice systems and government operated facilities. In keeping with its original mission, Agape Network provides chaplains to every jail operated by Miami-Dade County and serves thousands of inmates each year. Agape Network’s future expansion of the Agape Village Health Center, a national model of integrated care, will increase its capacity of patients/clients being served from 1,000 to 2,500 receiving outpatient weekly services. Residential inpatient capacity will be increased from 62-beds to 141-beds including a clinic & wellness medical center, educational and vocational center, supported housing units/cottages, and a preschool/early education/day care center.
