Eric Busch

Eric Busch currently serves as President of Agapito Associates, Inc. since July 2021. Previously, Eric held the position of President at the Solution Mining Research Institute from January 2017 to January 2023, where Eric was recognized as part of the Leadership Team in 2022. Eric also had a significant role as an Industry Leader at Underground Storage Expert from January 2006 to January 2021, establishing a reputation as a pioneering service provider in underground storage. Earlier in Eric's career, a role as a Mining Engineer at Cargill from 1999 to 2001 further shaped Eric's expertise. Eric holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from North Dakota State University, earned from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, Eric's experience includes a pivotal role as Dad from March 2004 to April 2024.
