Isabelle Dumont

Isabelle Dumont has extensive experience in business development and laboratory technology, primarily at AGAT Laboratories since November 2006. Currently serving as Directrice générale, Développement des affaires Québec and previously as Directrice Nationale de comptes principaux, Isabelle has been instrumental in building strong client relationships and implementing strategies to increase market share nationally. In earlier roles at AGAT, such as Directrice au développement des affaires for Quebec and Représentante au développement des affaires, Isabelle focused on maintaining existing client volumes and acquiring new customers. Prior experience includes senior technician roles at Bodycote, where responsibilities included client follow-ups and training technicians, as well as positions at Collège Ahuntsic and Lab Élite, where Isabelle developed laboratory skills in chemistry. Isabelle holds a DEC in Chimie analytique from Ahuntsic, obtained in 2000.
