Laura Knips

Laura Knips has extensive experience in the field of social services, particularly in roles focused on assisting individuals experiencing homelessness. Since 2018, Laura has held the position of Next Step Assessor and Welcome Center Advocate at Agate Housing and Services. Prior to this, Laura worked as an Advocate at Simpson Housing Services from October 2016 to January 2018, helping individuals access shelter resources. Laura's career also includes over 13 years as a Principal Intake Worker at St. Joseph's Home for Children, where significant skills in client assessment and resource connection were developed.
