Steve Waye

Before Big Health, Steve worked at Epic in various roles. Steve developed tools and analytics to set and report on quarterly goals and coached and trained international product leads. Steve was also a Software Product Manager for the radiology division, where they managed customer satisfaction, sales, and product development. Steve collaborated with other departments and shaped the product roadmap to meet the needs of Dutch customers. Additionally, Steve worked as a Software Project Manager, overseeing multi-million dollar implementations of radiology software in several hospitals in the Netherlands. Steve worked closely with hospital directors and managers to determine project scope and impact on existing workflows. Steve also synthesized workflows for a prospective merger of two academic organizations.
