Malini Lakshman

Malini Lakshman started their work experience as a Recruitment Executive at BitPlus Information Technology in 1999. Malini then moved on to HealthAsyst in 2000, where they worked as a Manager HR until 2007. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at Quintiles Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd, starting as a Manager HR and eventually becoming an Associate HR Director. At Quintiles, they were responsible for overseeing the HR function and providing leadership in compensation actions and programs. In 2016, Lakshman joined Syngene International Limited as an Assistant General Manager HR. In this role, they led the HR Corporate Governance & Employee Relations and HR Shared Services/Operations. Currently, since 2021, they are serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Agati Clinical Informatics.

Malini Lakshman obtained a Master's Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from NIHRD in the year 2000-2001. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Marketing from BHS First Grade College between 1994 and 1997. Malini also has a 12th grade certification from Bangalore University, which they earned from 1992 to 1994. Malini Lakshman completed their high school education at St.Josephs Convent Girls High School in Pune from 1980 to 1992. Malini has also obtained additional certifications, including being Growth Mindset Certified from Economic Times HR in June 2023, receiving a certification in Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making from LinkedIn in April 2021, and becoming a Certified Compensation & Benefits Manager from Carlton Advanced Management Institute in May 2010.
