Nancy Clark-Lamons

Nancy Clark-LaMons is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Unitek Learning since September 2024, Nancy has prior experience as Chief People Officer at Risepoint, Co-Founder and Managing Principal at The Polyphony Group, and Chief People Officer at Main Event. Additionally, Nancy held roles at Sprouts Farmers Market, JCPenney, PepsiCo, and GE, where expertise in talent development, culture transformation, and strategic HR initiatives has been demonstrated. Nancy holds an MBA in International Human Resources from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
