Anne Hoffman has over 25 years of experience in executive search and recruitment, specializing in higher education. Since May 2021, Anne has served as an Executive Search Associate at AGB Search, LLC, following a long tenure as a Research Associate with the same firm, which began in August 2011. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Associate at Academic Search, Inc., where Anne contributed to over 100 executive level placements, and as an Independent Consultant providing recruitment services across various industries. Earlier career positions include Placement Manager at Questemps and Professional Staffing Associate at The Walt Disney Company. Anne holds a BA in Human Development from Boston College.
