Bonnie Delong

Bonnie DeLong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and research, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at Spectrum since January 2019. Prior to this role, Bonnie held positions as a Research Associate and Recruiting Coordinator at the same company. At Colorado State University, Bonnie managed the Computer Checkout Desk, successfully recruiting and scheduling a team of 15 students, and also contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, where data analysis and behavioral observation were pivotal to enhancing a mentoring program for at-risk youth. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University.
