Currently serving as Associate Managing Principal and Senior Vice President of Client Development at AGB Search, LLC since July 2017, Melissa specializes in conducting executive searches for senior leadership positions in colleges and universities. Previous roles include Vice President at Neumann Executive Search Partners, where Melissa worked with prestigious institutions such as Emory University and Georgetown University, and Associate Dean at Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, where Melissa developed executive education programs.
