Bill Bullock

Senior Vice President, Economic Development And Statewide Operations at North Carolina Biotechnology Center (NCBiotech)

Bill Bullock has a diverse work experience. Bill started as a Research Technician at Stratagene in 1986 and worked there until 1991. Bill then joined BioAbility as a Vice President in 1994 and stayed there until 2002. In 2002, they joined NC Dept of Commerce as a Biotechnology Business Development Manager for a year. Bill then joined North Carolina Biotechnology Center, where they held the positions of Vice President, Bioscience Industrial Development from 2003 to 2015, and Senior Vice President, Economic Development and Statewide Operations from 2015 to present.

Bill Bullock obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry & Cell Biology from UC San Diego between 1979 and 1984. Bill later pursued their MBA at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 1991 to 1993.
