Kelly Kane

Kelly Kane, PhD, LSSBB is a Business Partner in Global Operational Excellence at AGC Biologics since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as a Manager in Operational Excellence at EFESO from June 2019 to January 2022 and as a Senior Consultant in Operational Excellence at BSM Lean Consultants from May 2015 to June 2019. With a background in Molecular Biology and Microbiology, Kelly has led various projects focusing on increasing productivity, reducing overtime, and implementing operational improvements in the life science industry. Additionally, Kelly has experience as an Associate Professor at MCPHS University in Boston.
