Lars Christian von Gersdorff

Lars Christian von Gersdorff serves as the Vice President of Process Development & MSAT at AGC Biologics since September 2023, overseeing a team of 157 employees and managing all aspects of process and analytical development for biologics projects. Previously, Lars held the position of Associate Vice President R&D at Agilent Technologies, leading assay development initiatives in the Diagnostics & Genomics Group. Lars's career includes significant roles at Lundbeck and Radiometer Medical, focusing on pharmaceutical engineering and process technology. Lars is also a board member at Gladsaxe Municipality Business Council, representing the life science industry. An alumnus of the Technical University of Denmark, Lars holds a Master’s degree in Bio- and Nanotechnology.
