Leslie Vaughn

Leslie Vaughn is an experienced professional in quality control and project management within the biological and testing sectors. Currently serving as the QC Operations Manager at CMC Biologics since July 2015, Leslie previously held the position of Sr. Project Manager at Creative Testing Solutions from June 2010 to December 2014, overseeing multi-location projects for blood and tissue donor testing facilities. Additionally, Leslie was the Technical Director for the Donor Testing Laboratory, leading a team of over 60 staff members and managing an annual budget exceeding $12 million, complemented by experience as the Technical Director for Red Cell Serology at Blood Systems Laboratories. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Excelsior University.
