Jim Nelson

Jim Nelson currently serves as a Board Member for AGC of California and holds the position of Project Executive at W.E. O'Neil Construction since July 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director at Webcor, where oversight of the Century Plaza Project, a significant development of 1.5 million square feet, was a key achievement. Nelson also worked as Senior Project Manager at Gray Construction, managing a $56 million hotel project, and held various roles at Turner Construction Company, including QA QC Engineer and Sr. Cost Engineer, contributing to multiple high-profile projects. Nelson began professional training in construction management, earning a B.S. at Northern Arizona University after completing an Associate degree in Building Construction Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
