Anant Tamirisa

Anant Tamirisa is the Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs for AGC Studios where he negotiates and drafts agreements across all aspects of the company’s divisions. Tamirisa previously was the Director, Business & Legal Affairs, Acquisitions and Co-Productions at Lionsgate Entertainment, where he focused on worldwide acquisitions and co-financing agreements. At Lionsgate Tamirisa founded the company’s first ever pro bono group, dedicated to finalizing adoptions of underprivileged and disabled foster children into permanent homes. Prior to Lionsgate Tamirisa was an attorney at Pantelion Films (a Televisa/Lionsgate joint venture). He earned his bachelor’s degree at Miami University (OH), holds a JD/MBA from the University of Toledo, and is a member of the California State Bar.
