Terry K. Quan

Terry K. Quan is a seasoned legal and business affairs professional with extensive experience in the digital media, technology, and entertainment sectors. As a Partner and Co-Founder of Foundation Law Group LLP since October 2013, Terry provides outside general counsel services, handling licensing, financing, corporate transactions, and compliance for clients in these industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for Business and Legal Affairs at Lionsgate, Terry oversees worldwide television and digital distribution. Previously, roles include Business and Legal Affairs at Starz, Principal at Interactive Media and Technology Advisory, and Senior Vice President positions at Activision Blizzard and Vivendi Games, where Terry led business development initiatives and negotiated major licensing deals. Terry holds a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA/BS in Philosophy and Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
