Aditi Kudale

Aditi Kudale currently serves as the Executive Assistant IT to the Vice President & Chief Information Officer at AGCO Corporation since March 2024. Previously, Aditi held multiple roles at John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. from January 2018 to March 2024, including Process Pro in Manufacturing Engineering, where the focus was on transforming into a data-driven organization, and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, providing high-level project management, supporting key stakeholder collaboration, and contributing to corporate responsibility initiatives. Aditi’s experience also includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Honeywell and a Client Services Executive at Mark Creations. Aditi holds a Master of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
